2. How the Refund Works

You must contact customer support and provide purchase details (order number, date, reason).

The support team will evaluate the eligibility of your refund request.

If approved, the refund will be initiated within ~30 business days back to your original payment method.
3. What Doesn’t Qualify

Change of mind (if the product/service works as expected).

Services/products from third-party vendors sold through their platform
4. Other Notes

After the refund is approved, you may be required to deactivate/uninstall the software.
