1. Refund Eligibility

You may be eligible for a refund if:

  • You face significant technical issues or compatibility problems that can’t be resolved.

  • You are dissatisfied with the product/service and have communicated your concerns to support. 

  • There are unauthorized charges on your payment card from the purchase. 

2. How the Refund Works

  • You must contact customer support and provide purchase details (order number, date, reason). 

  • The support team will evaluate the eligibility of your refund request. 

  • If approved, the refund will be initiated within ~30 business days back to your original payment method. 

3. What Doesn’t Qualify

  • Change of mind (if the product/service works as expected). 

  • Services/products from third-party vendors sold through their platform

4. Other Notes

  • After the refund is approved, you may be required to deactivate/uninstall the software.
